**The Opportunity**:
This stunning women's fashion retailer is looking to expand their small but fantastic team with this newly created Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager role, you drive the development of the Ecommerce and Digital strategy as part of this companies continual growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the sales performance and strategic activity across the digital and ecommerce functions
- Develop multichannel campaigns to grow customer base
- Drive data segmentation strategies and EDMs campaigns
- Works across paid social, SEM, SEO
- Manage marketing budgets effectively
- Manage the customer experience to make sure experience is seamless across the website.
- Identify new areas of opportunity.
- Work in conjunction with the Creative Marketing Manager to create quality content.

**Skills**:

- Proven ability to meet online sales targets
- Ability to work with internal and external stake holders and build strong relationships.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience in online merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to analyse and report on data across the ecommerce and digital channels
- Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics
