What you’ll be doing

As an experienced Team Leader, with a track record of demonstrated high performance you’ll lead with purpose, coach for performance and support your team to meet KPI’s. Your stakeholder management in a B2B organisation is second to none: working with internal and external customers you drive a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.

You’ll be a critical team member in a fast-growing, highly successful global finance business that does things differently. Our finance product portfolio is a mix of established and new products that help hospitality businesses get started and grow. We are genuinely committed to helping our customers achieve their dreams, and we’ve already invested more than $1.5bn in the hospitality industry globally.

We would like to hear from you if you are
- Experienced leading a team of multi skilled consultants in a Contact Centre environment.
- Delighted by coaching, developing & supporting your team to be the best they can be.
- Customer obsessed and solution driven to a mutually beneficial outcome.
- A great communicator and demonstrated strong stakeholder management: you’re able to adjust your style to the situation and engage positively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in call observation, compliance management and performance diagnosis.
- You’re curious by nature and look for ways to make things better, faster and easier for our Customers, our Team and our Company.
- Confident and resilient, tackling challenges and jumping over obstacles using innovative thinking.
