**Days/Hours**
- Monday: 0700 - 1000
- Monday, Thursday, Friday:1330 - 1400
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 1900 - 2000
- Tuesday: 1330 - 2000
- Tuesday: 1900 - 0700

**About role**

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 92-year-old woman with an acquired brain injury and dementia to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as:

- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
