**About the role**:
Due to an exciting period of business transformation, we have an opportunity for a Program Support Officer to join our Next Generation Network Operations (NGNO) Program. The program will optimise our transmission network to adapt to the changes in the energy environment through utilisation of leading-edge, best-practice technologies.
Reporting to the NGNO Program Director, you will join a dynamic team and contribute to delivery of the Program. You will provide administration support including planning and coordination, data processing, organising travel, arranging meetings and catering, paying of invoices, and proofing and editing of information.

Working as part of a (supportive and customer centric team), you will:

- Co-ordinate meetings including attendees, rooms and taking minutes.
- On boarding and off boarding of contractors and organising extensions when needed.
- Reporting and providing interpretation of data using a variety of tools (eg. SAP, Excel)
- Data entry, and proofing and editing of documents and records management.
- Processing of purchasing requirements.
- Assist with diary and meeting management for the Program Director.

**About you**:
In addition to having a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience, you will have proven experience in an administration support role within a program level/project environment.

You will have a collaborative and agile approach to working with stakeholders with high attention to detail. You will be tenacious, outcome-driven and take ownership of your work with;
- Demonstrated experience in Personal Support or Executive Assistance.
- Demonstrated developed data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Demonstrated organisational, time and self-management skills.
- Experience with Objective (document management and control) and SAP are desirable but not essential.
