THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a branch with a mandate to enable Victorians using homelessness and social housing services access to contemporary, professional, high quality and effective responses that meet their needs. Reporting to the Manager Reform and Improvement, you will be part of a small, newly formed, dynamic fast-paced team that leads and oversees the delivery of Homes Victoria's public housing improvement plan and reform agenda to make public housing better. The team will also be responsible for building and implementing frameworks, systems and processes to improve the delivery of public housing services.
There are a number of reforms and important streams of work underway across Homes Victoria (HV) and in our operations within the Community Operations and Practice Leadership Division (COPL). The Reform and Improvement team is responsible for the development of the Public Housing Improvement Plan and working with all the various reform streams across Homes Victoria and COPL to improve how we manage and deliver our housing services for renters.
The Project Support Officer will provide high-level support functions across the Reform and Improvement team to deliver on the team's projects and activities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, status updates, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
- Provide administrative and project support across the team, as required.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and other administrative support.
