This role has three primary responsibilities:

- The safe operation of the Millar Road Landfill Facility, located in Baldivis
- Compliance with all licensing and legislative requirements associated with a Class III landfill facility
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality waste management services for the City - waste disposal, collection and recycling

In no more than two pages, please tell us about how you will be able to fulfil the job role requirements, with reference to your:

- Extensive experience in managing a waste facility, including compliance with licensing and legislative requirements
- Leadership ability to guide, mentor and lead a diverse team with a common goal - delivery of efficient and safe waste services to the community.

We are offering a total remuneration package of up to $225,000 per annum (including allowances and superannuation), and will be dependent on skills and experience. In addition to the remuneration package the City is offering:

- Up to 5% matching contribution to superannuation, in addition to the guarantee.
- Access to 13 Rostered Days Off per annum, with a 19 day working month.
- Two additional paid days of absence per annum
