**Your key responsibilities & accountabilities**   

To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered  
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist  
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs  
- Provide support to our Clients as required  
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner  
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required  
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients  
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals  

**To be Successful you must   **
- Resonate with the role description above  
- Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)  
- Hold NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)  
- Hold or be willing to obtain a working with children check
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred)  
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia  
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives  

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $34.45 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
