We are looking for **FEMALE SUPPORT STAFF** who are genuine in their desire to help others live their best life, people who are enthusiastic, can work independently and in a team for the **RYDE** area.

In providing support to people with intellectual/physical disabilities tasks will include:

- Personal care, including hygiene needs,
- Medication administration,
- Manual handling,
- Use of hoist, shower chair, wheelchair,
- General domestic duties,
- Preparing meals,
- Driving residents to appointments, day programs and outings,
- Support with assistive technology, and
- Social support.
- **Essential requirements**:_

For an applicant to be considered for the role, you must have the following:

- Certificate III in disability (or similar) or working towards,
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent time management skills,
- A smart phone,
- Good computer skills,
- A current First Aid Certificate issued within last 3 years,
- CPR certificate issued within last 12 months,
- A currentFULL NSW driver's license, - Willingness to travel to different locations,
- Valid Police Check,
- 2 contactable references,
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Must have a NDIS Worker Screening Check
