At Flamingos Live, our Hospitality All-Rounders play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong customer focus across floor service, bar operations, and café duties.

Hospitality All-Rounders are expected to deliver high-quality service, maintain presentation standards, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to different service areas, and take pride in contributing to a fun, welcoming, and professional workplace.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working in wait, bar, and café roles.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Barista training and hands-on café experience.
- Proven bar experience, including beverage preparation and service.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible and adaptable to different roles and duties across the venue.

**Duties**
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service at all times.
- Support floor operations: welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing tables
- Assist in bar operations, including preparing and serving beverages responsibly, handling cash, and maintaining stock.
- Contribute to café service, ensuring food and coffee are prepared and served to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety regulations.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver seamless service across all areas of the venue.

**Overall Purpose of the Role**:
To act as a versatile and reliable team member who enhances the guest experience by performing confidently across floor, bar, and café duties, while upholding the values and service standards of Flamingos Live.

Pay: $24.95 - $47.79 per hour
