KindiCover is an exciting new platform dedicated to connecting childcare centres with top-tier staffing solutions. We're looking for a motivated and passionate Business Development/Sales Representative to be at the forefront of our Platform launch.

**About the role**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with childcare centres to introduce them to KindiCover’s platform. You will play a crucial role in growing our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a sales-driven role that requires a proactive and results-oriented individual.

**You will**:

- Identify and target childcare centres that could benefit from KindiCover’s platform.
- Conduct product demos and present the value of KindiCover to potential centres.
- Nurture relationships with prospective centres and maintain regular communication.
- Develop outreach strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance.
- Help onboard new clients to the platform and support them to fill their first successful shift
- Run Induction and help onboard educators as required.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in a marketplace environment.
- A passion for the childcare industry and understanding its needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in B2B sales

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
