**About your role**:
As our Business Development Manager, you will successfully manage existing business relationships and develop new ones in order to achieve business KPIs across all services and supports, drive revenue growth and create new opportunities.
**Position requirements**:
- Effective conversion of leads to new business through cold calling, warm calling and door to door sales
- Working closely with the Directors and National Business Development Manager to collaborate on new ideas and leads
- Attend expos, networking events and any other opportunities as they arise or as requested
- Drive business growth through strategic thinking and planning
- Commit to Sun Cleaning Corps quality, compliance and management
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and your own motor vehicle.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop professional relationships with new & existing customers
- Maintain frequent communication with management regarding market trends, individual activities, and opportunities.
**About you**:
- You will have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Authentic communication style, a natural ability to ask questions, and problem solve and think outside the box.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be responsible for planning your day to day
- A demonstrated history of driving outcomes with a proven success record.
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hurstville NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
