The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused individual looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and purpose-driven organisation. As the first point of contact for our Major Contracts team, you'll take a consultative approach to service delivery, ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and solutions-focused support.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service will see you thrive in this key role supporting some of Australia's largest businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts via email, phone, and face-to-face communication, ensuring a positive and professional service experience.
  • Generate and distribute KPI reports to monitor order fulfilment and maintain service-level agreements.
  • Liaise with our warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide prompt and accurate quotes, follow up enquiries, and offer tailored client support.
  • Track and manage back orders, working with internal teams to ensure invoicing is completed on time.
  • Process sales orders, load pricing, and perform adjustments as needed.
  • Support the setup and management of inventory levels for major accounts.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and support stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support business success.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales systems is highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • A passion for providing high-quality service and achieving great outcomes for clients.
