**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our key digital transformation and BAU projects. Sitting as part of our Senior Leadership Team, this is a critical and highly valued position.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Lead, coach and develop project delivery teams
- Manage program dependencies, key deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery and implementation
- Stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas including executive, operations, and IT
- Champion and role model a delivery excellence culture
- Design and shape our project delivery “ways of working”
- Some travel on an as needs basis will be required

In conjunction we are needing some with:

- Strong relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills
- Highly developed people leadership abilities
- Proven experience delivering projects with budgets of $4mil+
- Advanced Project Management expertise in Waterfall, Agile and “WAGILE”
- Experience effectively managing through large-scale change
