**Qualifications**:
Essential
Degree qualified, preferably with recognized qualifications in a commercial or procurement field
Experience & Attributes
Essential
At least 5 years experience in a world class procurement function.
Strong fleet management background essential, experience with commercial vehicle body builders highly desirable.
Property leasing knowledge (as Lessor).
Operationally minded with strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly skilled negotiator with very strong commercial acumen
Strong analytical skills
Ability to lead and inspire belief in the procurement function
Demonstrated ability to link implementation of procurement initiatives to profitable growth
Intermediate user of MS Excel and a good working knowledge of MS Office
Desirable
Competency in pre-legal review of draft leases
Experience with Factory/Warehouse property leasing
Glass or construction industry background
