**Position**: Disability Support Worker
**Location**: Wandong
**Responsibilities**:
Provide high-quality, personalized support to individuals with disabilities in a home care setting.
Foster independence and empowerment through thoughtful care planning and assistance.
Build positive relationships with clients and their families to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.
**Requirements**:
Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) or any other relevant degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
