**About the Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker with Homecare Experts, you will:

- Provide high-quality, personalised care in participants’ homes.
- Encourage independence through compassionate, individualised support.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Positive, reliable, and compassionate individuals

Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)

**Key Details**

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour (casual)

**Schedule**: Flexible, TBD

**Required Certifications**: NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check (Employee), Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $39.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
