**What you will be doing**

As a business coordinator - working closely with an Account Business Manager (ABM), focus on high-level services and relationship co-ordination between the Client and DXC, you will be the initial point of operational engagement.

You & the ABM will provide Account Executives guidance and co-ordination to reach success in the form of sustainable, profitable and growing business as a trusted business advisor. While ensuring professional seamless service to our clients, you will govern account activity to ensure deliverables are executed against strategic agenda on time, with quality and aligned to client priorities. You will play a key role in enabling revenue growth, driving margin optimisation, continuously improving business processes and strengthening employee experience to empower and retain our top talent.

**What will keep you busy**

In more specific terms, under the guidance of the ABM you will:

- Ensure milestone & targets are clear and communicated to the team
- Contribute to Client survey planning
- Participate in process improvement initiatives leveraging best practice from industry
- Ensure DXC performance requirements related to the Client’s strategic business planning (business, strategic options, business assessment, and business operating plans) requirements are met
- Support the AE with management reviews, contract renewals and variations, account management cadence and financial governance
- Maintain account Risk Register
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all account business operations & commercial related matters
- Provide the client interface for any business operations matters, and is accountable for client business operation satisfaction as a part of Client Satisfaction Survey process
- Work with Client counterpart (s) to manage and meet commitments, requirements, expectations, and to resolve where possible, any issues raised by the Client
- Be the main interface with CCM (Commercial & Contract Manager) to drive resolution of commercial issues
- Assist Project Management to develop gap plans
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve margin
- Co-ordinate Client Satisfaction process and improvement plans

**The skills you will bring**
- Demonstrable experience in IT outsourcing within Account, delivery or Business Operations
- Understanding and interpreting IT contract language
- Commercial & negotiation skills
- 3rd party contract management and procurement
- Financial acumen (incl. billing, invoicing and P&L)
- Excellent communication skills, working across different levels of the organisation, up, lateral and down including Executive level
- Risk Management
- Sales & deal pursuit support
- Time management & multi-tasking

**Clearance**

To be eligible for this position you must:

- Be an Australian citizen
- Abl to obtain and maintain Baseline Australian Defence security clearance
