Head of Civil Atc

**Your tasks**:

- The Head of Civil Air Traffic Control (ATC) is the senior role responsible for the business development and sales successes of Rohde & Schwarz Australia within the Civil Air Traffic Control market throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
- The Head of Civil ATC is the Account leader for all ANSPs within R&S Australia’s jurisdiction and works closely with peers across all domains (Air & Space, Land, Maritime, Critical Infrastructure) and executive leadership.
- In conjunction with Director TS&S, set strategic direction, vision and goals for the CIVIL ATC Domain within the Technology Systems and Solutions (TS&S) Department.
- Develop, deliver and sustain trusted Civil, Government and Industrial relationships through which productive sales and collaborative relationships can be exercised.
- Engage with Senior Management in client and partner organisations, sharing R&S vision and direction
- Manage assigned Key Accounts across the Civil ATC Domain.
- Meet or exceed the Civil ATC sales targets, and build on R&S Australia’s successes to deliver Systems Integration Services and relevant technologies
- Manage and develop strategic stakeholder relationships for the benefit of R&S
- Work closely with Capability Delivery & Sustainment (CD&S) Department leadership to ensure client expectations are achieved or exceeded.
- Grow R&S Australia’s TS&S business across Civil ATC Domain acquisition and sustainment programs
- Establishing productive innovation and industrial ecosystems and partnerships to support the development of disruptive strategies and future sovereign capabilities.
- Work in close co-ordination, collaboration and strategic alignment with the Head of Military Air and Space Domain
- Support the Head of Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) in conversations and discourse with Civil ATC Customers/Users to grow market share in the areas of RF Signal Monitoring/Detection/Location.
- Position R&S Australia as a thought leader across all markets of interest through establishing yourself as a thought leader to this regard.
- Position R&S Australia for long term success with all ANSPs within our jurisdiction AU, NZ & Pacific). This includes the development of an industrial scenario which supports this favorable position.
- As a Domain Head, work with RSAUS Domain Heads as a unified and integrated high performing team.

**Your qualifications**:

- Experience leading and managing high performing sales teams
- Experience in developing and executing strategy/strategic plans
- Must want to challenge the Status Quo - wants to make a difference to the benefit of the Customer
- Civil ATC Domain and ATC technologies expert
- Technical expertise in secure communications, and spectrum monitoring for Government/Civil markets will be a strong advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in UAS/Drone based capability delivery / technologies will be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Counter UAS/Drone capabilities will be an advantage
- Eligible for Security Clearance. Preferably holds current NV1.
- Technical qualifications in Engineering or domain relevant qualifications. Engineering Management, Project Management or Business Administration.
