**The Organisation**

Our client is a leading national charity dedicated to the prevention, support and survival rate of those with cancer. They create new knowledge, engage in public education, awareness building and advocacy.

**The Role**

Working as an integral part of the wider marketing and fundraising teams, this role will lead brand communications and public relations.

Specifically you will:

- Drive brand positioning and messaging aligned with the vision and mission
- Grow brand awareness and health, maintaining positive brand sentiment, increasing share of voice, and attracting leads organically
- Develop materials to support activities across all areas of business
- Creation of assets for use in social and digital media platforms, including imagery, infographics and video
- Oversee of website functionality and content
- Be involved in media monitoring and engagement

**Skills Required**:
You will have deep knowledge and experience of digital marketing, website publishing, social media platforms, community management, audience-centric storytelling and experience in cross-format content creation to drive reach and engagement.

Additionally you will have:

- Demonstrated success in implementing multi-channel social media strategies and content plans
- Experience in copywriting, developing, optimising, monitoring and reporting on campaigns
- Superior time management skills to manage multiple projects, and competing deadlines
- The ability to professionally manage third-party and internal stakeholder relationships
- Some graphic design skills
