- Access to additional leave for eligible employees, competitive $ package + employee benefits including energy discounts +reward programsResponsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities across the wind portfolio, the Maintenance Planner Scheduler is required deliver best practice maintenance planning of work orders, support strategic goals and operational requirements for the wind assets within the renewables portfolio.

In your new role as Maintenance Planner Scheduler, you will be required to develop schedules and plan non-routine maintenance tasks in line with the work management processes. You will engage all stakeholders and schedule resource requirements aligning with unit outages to deliver plant availability targets.

What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the Maintenance Planning and Logistics Manager, you will actively engage with the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Groups in the planning phase and through the development of schedules to deliver realistic schedules. In addition, you will:
- Manage short/long term operational maintenance schedules and develop quality contingency schedules for maintenance to adapt to changing requirements.-
- Provide high level strategic advice and support to the Planning and Logistics Manager on the development, implementation, management and reporting of planning activities, including the improvement opportunities.-
- Develop and maintain a range of collaborative networks across Renewables and the wider AGL business to support the delivery of planning and scheduling and provide feedback on the implementation process.-
- Assist with planning of the work performed by externally sourced providers, to ensure that services are provided in accordance with AGL’s policy framework, agreed quality standards, budget and timeframes.-
- Demonstrate safety awareness and support of safety targets by planning in activities.About You

What you’ll bring to the table- Engineering or Trade qualifications, or relevant experience in a planner scheduler role as well as proven power generation or similar heavy industry experience.-
- Advanced practical knowledge of SAP and Prometheus or equivalent experience in similar systems-
- Demonstrated capability, understanding and delivery of planning/scheduling requirements, including the ability to provide concise, timely and accurate status reporting.-
- High level of achievement in, and demonstrated commitment to, safety, health, and environmental management.-
