**| In-house position | Opportunity to work for an established eCommerce/Retailer on their transformation journey | 10 month fixed-term contract - flexible 3 days per week |**

Our client is a leading eCommerce/Retailer that has a very strong presence and operation throughout Australia and Internationally. They are on the lookout for a driven and passionate Change Manager, who will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of change management and communications strategies for a large transformation program of work. In this role you will be across high level reporting to executives and wider stakeholders across the organisation.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as a Change Manager, working on technology projects that span across an entire business.
- Practical experience in creating and executing a thorough change management strategy, implementation plan, and activities that provide comprehensive support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Experience developing communication collateral / training documentation for internal staff.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change.
- Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Hands on pragmatic approach
- The ability to deliver effective communication and engagement activities and outcomes for a diverse audience.
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in training and a genuine passion for ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the new systems.
- Experience working on large re-platform implementations would be highly regarded
