**The National Franchise Performance **Managers'primary **role is to assist Franchisees in increasing their profitability**. Additionally, the National Franchise Performance Manager coaches and develops SpeedFit personnel in multiple facets of the business (sales, rostering, customer service, training) to increase the consistency of the SpeedFit product across the studios within the designated area. The Franchise Performance Manager is also responsible for assisting studios with Business, Operational and LAM support.

After experiencing rapid growth in only a few short years, SpeedFit now has 30+ locations across 5 states employing over 100 fitness professionals, ranging from Certificate 3 Instructors, Personal Trainers, and Sports Scientists to Exercise Physiologists.

**About the role**:
The National Franchise Performance Managers' primary role is to assist Franchisees in increasing their profitability and operational excellence.

**This role can be based in Perth or Sydney and requires approximately 25% of **interstate **travel.**

In a nutshell:

- You'll consult and facilitate the Franchisees to develop and follow their business plans;
- You'll provide business consultation to franchisees, including advising and assisting with marketing, financial, and operational performance to improve studio profitability;
- You'll identify and provide a Plan of Action to resolve any weaknesses in a studio's Operations, Sales and Marketing;
- You'll create and maintain the operations manual and forms/checklists;
- You'll Onboard and train new franchisees;
- You'll Assist in all areas of marketing: lead generation, building partnerships in local communities, client nurturing/engagement, business-to-business prospecting and corporate wellness opportunities to help your franchisees to succeed;
- You'll supervise fit-outs and the handover of completed new studios.
