We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency

**What you'll do -**
- Deliver a high level of verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions,
- Show proficiency at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening,
- Handle inbound and outbound calls including account explanations, reissue letters or establishing repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.

Due to the nature of our client, to be eligible you must:

- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint).
