**About Us**

TMK Energy Limited (ASX:TMK) is an oil and gas exploration and production company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. TMK holds a 100% interest in the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas Project location in the South Gobi Basin of Mongolia and also holds a 20% interest in the Talisman Depp Project containing the Napoleon Structure located in the Barrow-Dampier Sub-basin. TMK has offices in both Sydney and Perth, Australia, as well as Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. TMK is looking to add to its dynamic team with a full-time Engineering Manager, based in the Sydney, Australia office.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish project schedules and budgets and ensure projects are developed within required timeline.
- Oversee gas production drill holes and processes to ensure quality assurance and observe safety standards which will include but not be limited to appropriate equipment selection, installation, maintenance and calibration, validation, documentation, and training.
- Ensure the timely and successful transfer and ramp-up of products from product development into full production by establishing efficient, stable, and repeatable gas pumping processes in collaboration with the product development teams and suppliers.
- Development and implementation of manufacturing and production engineering practices as well as planning, organising, implementing, and reviewing engineering structure and activities.
- Supervise and monitor gas production requirements for all operations.
- Manage and review changes in Business Management Systems and Regulatory Requirements including structure, accuracy, system and procedure, and safety standards.
- Implement and support QAQC functions.
- Ensure process validation and implementation of changes are performed in line with QAQC.
- Ensure all documentation prepared by technical and engineering teams adhere to company high-level standards and processes.
- Advise on engineering methods and procedures to optimise production outcomes.
- Lead a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team who are committed to product quality and improving efficiencies (yields).

**Requirements**:
To be successful in securing this position, you will have:

- Master’s degree or higher in Mining Engineering (Mine Management), Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant industry experience in a mining engineering (Mine Management) environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels.
- Experience in the management of technical risks associated with engineering projects.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, engage, and effectively manage the performance of engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience working in a quality-controlled environment.
- Experience in working within Strategic Mine Planning Management systems.
- Strong research and analytical skills in identifying, evaluating, and developing efficient process and procedures for business development and technical need.

**Preferred skills**
- Relevant employment experience in Mongolia.
- Working knowledge of the Mongolian mining industry.
- Ability to speak Mongolian (desirable).

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
