About the role

The Graduate Program unlocks your potential, allowing you to develop experience and gain exposure within the Asset Management function, and on site. At Evolution we want to be the highlight of your careers. Some of the key result areas in this role may include:
Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders to align with Evolutions T&E initiatives.

Gain Evolution mine site experience within the Transformation & Effectiveness Function via site placement and exposure.

Understand the Evolution Asset Management Strategic Framework - People, Process, Standards and Systems

Provide support and assistance to mining open pit operations. This may include;
Open Pit (OP) mining method and layouts

Mining cycle including each equipment used and their capabilities

OP activities including scaling, pre-split and any other ground control activity including cycle, equipment, and requirements

Plan, schedule, execute, report and document shutdown management of both mobile and fixed plant maintenance

Identify risk and scope of mobile and fixed plant maintenance

Provide support and assistance to safety and environmental management

Support the asset management, reliability and continuous improvement of our mobile and fixed plant and associated infrastructure

N.B. Should you successfully fulfill all requirements of the two-year Graduate Program, you will be offered a permanent role in the business.

About you

**It is also important that you have/can demonstrate**:
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science (Mechanical Engineering), Engineering Science (Electrical Engineering), Engineering (Instrumentation)

Demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities within a demanding environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Innovative skills and the ability to think outside the box

Strong attention to detail; with an eye for detail
