National Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to take a national brand to the next level? We are a well-established wholesaler of welding products, supplying a wide network of distributors across Australia. We’re looking for an experienced **National Marketing Manager** to develop & drive our marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and lead campaigns that support business growth.
**About the Role**
As our National Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of marketing. From brand management and digital campaigns to product launches, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our business is seen in the market. You will be a part of the executive team to deliver consistent and impactful marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a national marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the marketing team and manage our external agency and suppliers.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media presence.
- Ownership of company websites, ensuring content, functionality, and user experience align with marketing strategy.
- Interpret marketing briefs and translate them into effective, results-driven campaigns.
- Plan and deliver trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage product launches and sales enablement tools for distributors.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as required
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead company communications and public relations, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence.
**About You**
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within B2B, B2C, wholesale, or a distribution network e.g. Electronics, Hardware or Tooling industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- Experience using automated marketing software, e.g. Odoo, Shopify, HubSpot
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field will be a bonus
