The Talent and Mobility Manager will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity. This will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity, within the aligned portfolio. This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to the resourcing needs and long-term goals of our client.
**The Company**
Our Client, an Australian based not-for-profit company specialize in providing employment services and community services. We are seeking an experienced Talent and Mobility Manager who will operate under broad direction and support the Chief People Officer to increase consistent capability across the team.
**The Role / Duties**
The Talent and Mobility Manager will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity. This will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity, within the aligned portfolio. This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to the resourcing needs and long-term goals of our client.
- Develop, review and implement the Talent and Mobility strategy.
- Provide talent reporting, analytics and analysis to the Chief People Officer monthly and as required.
- Work within the policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviews.
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, background checks, offers and negotiations, and support HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
**Required skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams and internal recruitment or similar role with a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Diploma level in Human Resources, Business Management, Workforce Planning, Administration or related discipline
- Ability to provide detailed, insightful and appropriate reporting to business
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders across the business
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maturity.
