**Summary of Position**

As the Venue Manager, you are to be a welcoming, well-spoken (written and verbal) member of the Farro team, passionate about contributing to memorable guest experiences and building long-lasting relationships with a diverse array of guests from all walks of life.

We are looking for a Venue Manager to lead all aspects of our business. The Venue Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house as you will interview qualified Cooks as well as Front of House Team Members, set work schedules, oversee food quality control, oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our team members during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

MAINS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, manage all areas of the restaurant, and make final decisions on matters of importance
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and goals - KPIs

The Farro Operations Team is also there to guide, support and coach you to ensure that you are well equipped to achieve all of the above with ease and excellence.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
