We’re looking for a confident, organised and **hospitality-loving Reservations & Events Assistant** to join our team.
This role is all about supporting our Sales & Events team to deliver exceptional event planning and seamless client care. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests — taking phone reservations, helping plan and coordinate events, and making sure every detail is considered and communicated.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting the Sales Team with event planning and execution
- Preparing event documentation, managing client communications, and tracking event timelines
- Liaising with venue managers and suppliers to ensure every event runs smoothly
- Maintaining accurate admin and CRM updates across all bookings
- Supporting the team to deliver standout guest experiences from first contact to post-event follow-up
**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:
- Have a background in hospitality, events or reservations
- Are confident, well-spoken and guest-focused
- Have strong organisation and admin skills (bonus if you love a checklist)
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative, fast-paced and high-energy team
- Have a genuine passion for service, storytelling and creating memorable experiences
**This is a part-time/casual role based across our venues and head office. Tuesday to Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.**
