Our Client provides in-home care services through HCP and direct engagement in the greater Melbourne region and is part of a wider Health business that has the resources to provide support across several business activities.

Seeking to add a **Home Care Operations Manager **to allow them to fully support the many needs of an active client base.

They are committed to delivering compassionate and personalised care to support clients in maintaining their independence and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.

**About the role**:
You will have responsibility for working with the Care Team within a busy client centered focused business. In a true operational role, you will be key oversight for the coordination of service provision, working with Care Managers, Clients and their families to get outcomes that are established in the formal Care Plans, ensuring that all services are professionally delivered across the business.

The role encompasses supporting all aspects of care support / operations including:

- Provide operational leadership to support the Care Managers and Clinical Case Managers and the Care team working to provide client centric care
- Working with a Service Coordinator in coordinating and sourcing care workers to join the company through direct advertising, LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, internal referrals
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the program is best practice and meets the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Partnering with the Accounts team to ensure the good management of HCP billing of client services rendered and the recovery of all costs
- Aiding the Business Manager and all the Care team members to prepare and meet the annual Quality Audit and Assurance review process

**About you**:
You will love this role if you are a passionate resourceful person who has a proven track record of:

- At least 3+ years of industry experience in a related field, with a preference for transferrable skills from Case Management or Clinical Care
- You love the Client Service interaction and do it with a SMILE
- You have innate empathy and are an exceptional communicator both verbally and written
- Experience in industry software tools for the management of client documentation and recording service provision is a given
- **You have an interest and passion for working in the health/care sector, this is paramount.**
