**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently looking for an experienced Regional Aerodrome Technical Manager to join the team based in Balcatta, Perth on a full time, permanent basis.

**accountabilities for the Regional Aerodrome Technical Manager Will Include**:

- Meeting Contract Service Specifications.
- Ensuring timetable accuracy and suite of tools are established to enable scope to be met (CRM).
- Sub-contractor management (AMS).
- Compliance with BAC, CASA and other regulatory bodies’ policies and procedure.
- Adherence to Safety and Compliance standards.
- Development and ongoing control of the Sodexo Aerodrome Management Plans.

**Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to**:

- Provide safety leadership with an in-depth knowledge of Aerodrome operations, legislation, regulation and compliance standards.
- Responsible for supporting the annual auditing schedules and in the actioning of findings.
- Design and facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, meetings, and reviews to optimize performance and risk management.
- Work with the client and commercial teams to ensure that the required scope of service is being met.
- Responsible for the calculation of resource requirements across Sodexo IFMS Aerodrome services, providing business cases for amendment where required.
- Analysis of service delivery including on time performance and passenger headcount form the basis of recommending optimisation opportunities.
- Contractor engagement and management with client and service provider(s).
- Ensure customer satisfaction standards are met and appropriate feedback is enacted upon.
- Facilitating information and acting as a central point for stakeholders directly and indirectly involved in Transport operations for Sodexo.
- Management and support for the Regional Aerodrome Supervisor, to ensure delivery of the IFMS Aerodromes scope of work.
