About the Role Are you a Business Analyst or Systems Leader ready to take the next step? At Aerodrome Management Services (AMS), we're looking for a strategic, hands-on Business Systems Lead to join our team on the ground floor of national aviation transformation on an 18 month contract.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to be hands-on with the tools, platforms, and processes that keep our national operations running.
You'll lead the review, setup, administration and day-to-day optimisation of AMS's core business systems – including Employment Hero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, and One Reg.
This role will lead through action and example - taking charge of the national rollout of One Reg across AMS-managed aerodromes, delivering a unified solution for safety, hazard reporting, training compliance, and operational governance.

• Lead and manage end-to-end planning, rollout and continuous improvement of business systems
• Collaborate across teams to align systems with operational needs and strategy
• Administer platforms including Employment Hero, Business Central, D365 CRM and One Reg
• Design, Build and implement scalable processes that support AMS's growth and compliance requirements
• Act as the key liaison between business units and IT for all system-related matters
• Champion user adoption, training, system performance, and governance frameworks What You'll Bring
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar systems-based role
• Understanding of business functions in Finance, HR, Compliance, and Sales
• Hands-on experience with Employment Hero, Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central or One Reg (highly desirable)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills
