Reporting to the Lead, People Development Australia-Asia, the People Development Coordinator will provide frontline support to the delivery of our global learning programs. You will assist with the coordination, scheduling, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of both global and regional learning activities at Hatch.
- Work with Learning, People Development, HR and business colleagues to ensure that learning programs are planned and deployed seamlessly
- Coordinate and schedule courses, including logístical details such as venue bookings, equipment, catering, and/or online technology requirements
- Source and schedule internal and external facilitators
- Track attendance and maintain employee training records and data entry
- Coordinate invitations, registration, and training calendars following approval guidelines
- Administer training evaluations and provide reports of training delivered
- Run reports to review and reconcile data, including recurring and ad-hoc reports
- Maintain employee-facing communication channels (SharePoint, Bulletins, Newsletters, etc.)
- Undertake various other training related projects and tasks, as assigned to improve our practice
- Support the design of learning materials and/or learning modules
**You bring to the role**:
Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field (eg. HR, Corporate learning, Education) along with experience in either HR Coordination or supporting a Corporate Learning Function. Ideally, you have experience using HR/Learning Managment Systems (LMS), familiarlity with SAP/Success Factors will be viewed favourably. Strong administrative foundations in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel, is essential and experience with SharePoint is preferred. In addition to this, you have excellent planning, organizing and coordination skills, allowing you to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high quality service. Your attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high quality, accurate deliverables will also be an asset in this role. In this excellent opportunity to work collaboritively with both the Regional HR Team and Global People Development Team, you will demonstrate you are a motivated team player who takes initiative and is comfortable with change.
