**Key Responsibilities include**:
Provide a high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice in relation to employment queries in accordance with the HR industrial framework.
Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
Prepare correspondence on a range of employment matters for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource initiatives and projects delivered by the Workforce Advisory team.
