**Exciting Opportunity for User Acceptance Testing Lead in Sydney** Are you ready to take on a hands-on leadership role that combines your expertise in testing with cutting-edge technology? We're seeking a skilled User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead to join our client's dynamic team in Sydney. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our client's warehouse management systems and automation processes. **About the Role**: As a UAT Lead, you'll be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of User Acceptance Test Plans. Unlike traditional managerial positions, this role is hands-on, with a primary focus on business testing alongside technical aspects. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine testing strategies and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsible for the development and management of the User Acceptance Test Plans and execution. The primary focus will be supporting Business users during the user acceptance and Integration testing phase in the new warehouse facilities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage User Acceptance Test Plans tailored to our client's warehouse management systems and automation technologies.
- Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders and test analysts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Lead defect management processes, from recording to closure, to maintain the integrity of testing outcomes.
- Create and implement quality testing strategies, plans, and reports to uphold project excellence.
- Foster collaboration across teams to streamline UAT processes and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience in Physical Warehouse Management (Not Data Warehousing) Systems/Logistics is a must
- Strong background in developing UAT frameworks and coaching business test analysts.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, including system, regression, integration, and UAT.
- Excellent understanding of testing benchmarking and metrics.
- Ability to influence change strategically and align with business objectives.
