**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an outstanding Test Manager to coordinate all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across all platforms and business to support the successful implementation of business requirements across our Intermediated products. This will support the successful delivery of the program, enabling Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) to harmonise its business practices (products, processes, services and functions) to deliver exceptional colleague, customer and broker experiences.

This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based in Australia with a preference for Sydney or Melbourne.

**ABOUT YOU**

We're looking for a UAT Test Manager who is keen to ready hit the ground running, along with the following experience:

- Hands-on experience on using systems supporting IIA’s policy and claims business (e.g. PMS, GIS, ClaimCenter).
- Domain experience in Australian insurance industry.
- Experience in lead or technical specialist role requiring coordination and collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience participating in UAT on a large scale system implementation program.
- Experience working within an agile delivery environment.
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of IAG’s technology landscape that supports IIA’s business.
