Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.

D4C is seeking a **Project Coordinator for Minor Works** to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.

**Primary Purpose**

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of Major Periodic Maintenance (MPM) and Minor Projects usually of low/medium complexity/risk in accordance with design requirements, time and cost constraints, commercial, HR, safety, quality, environment, and community targets.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Deliver long-term minor projects in both Operations Maintenance and Facilities Management business areas
- Prepare scope of works, job plans, and job costings as required for each assigned project
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Maintenance Team and the Facilities Management Team in delivering projects to ensure the most efficient and effective use of plant, equipment, blue collar and white-collar resources
- Review project progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates, taking effective remedial action as required
- Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope, as directed by the project manager
- Perform all duties in accordance with Sydney Water and D4C policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with Sydney Water Project Managers to foster a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation, and address Early Warnings, changes to the program, Compensation Events, and broader safety, environment, quality and constructability compliance matters.

**Essential**
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management or Equivalent
- 2 years of Project Management / Coordination experience
