**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and dispatch of customers’ orders that ensure the instruction are adhered to at all times. This includes; preparing correct orders, temperature maintenance within guidelines, correcting outer labels, correcting customer addresses and wrapping pallets correctly.
- Monitor the orders and status of orders to coordinate and prioritize the order schedule according to urgency and importance
- Keep checking orders update and maintain job reports on computer-base communication channels and effectively utilize company equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for stock maintain in the cool room and enter on system accurately
- Reporting extra stock to manager that needs to sell immediately
- Operates forklift to double the pallet for dispatch
- Scan pallets arrived from GH, double the pallet and store in the cool room
- Arranging pallets for set up inside the PH or space set up for cool room
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication effectively to provide support.
- Receive and dispatch orders of products on timely manner
- Communicate effectively with operations staff regarding scheduling or order issues
- Review and answer complaints pertaining to orders schedule or dispatched orders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively
- Responsible for following plan set by manager
- Follow hygiene policies and procedures
- Other tasks as required

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position. Not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work as follows (but not limited to):

- Heavy lifting up to 20kg
- Stand long periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment for long hours

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $26.75 per hour
