Key responsibilities:

- Distribution of service parts to Field Service Engineer’s (ANZ)
- Administration of Calibrated tool register (dispatch and receipt)
- Service parts ordering (weekly) and returns (monthly/as required)
- Cross-functional liaison for Technical Service operations
- Responsible for movements of demonstration and new equipment (dispatch/receipt)
- Maintaining accurate records in TS systems
- Administrative control of department SOP’s
- Generation of monthly reports in SAP and ServiceMax
- Monitoring of Technical Service bulletins and updates
- Telephone routing of phone calls to FSE’s
- Understand and adhere to all Quality and ISO requirements.
- Attend meetings and training as directed.
- Backup for the FSOS

Skills and Experiences:

- Good computer skills / MS Office/Excel
- High level of commitment to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Time management skills
- Organisational skills/Administration and Customer management skills
- SAP and ServiceMax (Salesforce) experience (ideal)
- Previous experience in a service dispatch environment (ideal)
- Warehouse exposure (2-3 years warehouse experience)
- Forklift licence (ideal) / operation of pallet jacks & physical labour
