An assistant Property Manager is required for a beautiful southern Gold Coast-located office.

Their track record speaks volumes: they consistently achieve record prices for clients, surpassing other agencies in the area. Their expertise spans all facets of residential real estate, including unit and house sales, as well as prestige house sales and property management within Burleigh and its neighbouring suburbs.
**Your new role**
- Tenant Relations: Building positive relationships with tenants.
- Maintenance Coordination: Inspecting properties, coordinating repairs, and managing budgets.
- Administrative tasks: record keeping, marketing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Communication: Effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Collaboration: Working closely with property managers and teams.
Requirements include experience, industry knowledge, organisational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
**What you'll need to succeed**
We are seeking a versatile individual who can adapt, learn, and take on diverse responsibilities. Minimum 12 month experience in Property Management. Someone ready to absorb knowledge and grow. This person would be open to wearing different hats, whether it’s learning new skills, assisting with various property management tasks, or stepping up when needed.
