**Job Description**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the APAC TA Manager, you will lead the recruitment implementation and delivery for Australia in line with Albemarle’s strategic goals, values and skill requirements.
- Lead and be accountable for the implementation of all recruitment programs to ensure the success of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead your team in achieving target KPIs within required timeframes.
- Improve recruiting efficiency by recruitment operation and data statistics analysis (BI analyze)
- Ensure superior customer service is achieved and service level agreements are met
- Lead the creation of future talent recruitment campaigns; propose campaign messaging based on analysis of values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers; make evidence based proposals for channel and media selection (including career fairs)
- Recruiting Trainings and External Management, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree is preferred but not essential
- At least 8 years experience within talent acquisition, or other HR Roles
- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team
- Internal business recruitment experience essential
- Experience in working with challenging customers, internal interfaces and external partners
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. in person, phone, video)
