**About Us**:
Home Demolitions has been successfully running for 20 years. We operate in the greater Sydney area, working for builders, developers and directly with homeowners. With a focus on recycling and reclamation, all waste is sorted so that we are doing all we can to reduce the environmental impact of the knock-down. We have a team of 30 highly qualified professionals demolishing over 300 houses per year along with commercial demolition of high rises and larger structures. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Personnel to join our Home Demolitions/Corporate Demolition Team. You will work alongside our current administration team, assisting with the workload. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for an experienced individual with excellent communication skills, who is adept on the phone and knowledgeable in customer relations. Must be proficient in English and skilled in compliance. Preferred experience in the demolition/construction industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management, working with the accounts department closely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the Home Demolitions/Corporate Demolition Team.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations related to Home Demolitions/Corporate Demolition projects.
- Coordinate logistics for demolitions projects, including permits, and contractor communications, liaising with customers to provide a checklist for compliance and scheduling of jobs.
- Performing searches on industry platforms for pre site documentations i.e Dial Before You Dig, Safe Work, NSW permits, ect.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Daily updating spreadsheets and files.
- Performing data entry tasks.
**Weekly**
1. Data entry, updating spreadsheets and files for accounts.
2. Job scheduling.
3. Customer relations.
4. Checklists.
5. Project compliance updates.
6. Cold calling prospective new clients from contacts lists.
**Monthly**
1. Projects review involvement.
2. Job scheduling for the next up and coming months.
3. Involvement in end of month invoicing with accounts from data sheets.
**Quarterly**
1. Review of monthly targets and achievements.
2. Pre planning for next quarter.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years with proven experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Drive (MS Excel/Google, MS/Google Spreadsheets, and MS/Google Word/Docs, in particular) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration.
- Proven experience as an administration clerk, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Xero software and other relevant accounting tools (bonus but not deal breaker).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of demolition and recycling industry practices (preferred but not required).
- Full-time employment with a stable and growing company.
- Must be a team player and willing to learn.
- Must 15kms from the inner west and able to travel to the office everyday.

**Rate/Schedule**:
$30-$35 per hour
$62,400-72,800 annual salary
8 hour shift
