**Administration Assistant -**_**Casual Position**_
- Customer Related Tasks - Enter Invoices, enter payments, set-up new customers, statements, etc.
- Supplier Related Tasks - Enter supplier invoices, creating new supplier information, manage supplier details, etc.
- Direct phone calls
- 2 Days per week to start, flexible hours

**Casual Position**

At Discount Forklift Hire & Sales we are a small family run business looking for an admin assistant to help as the current employee going on Maternity leave, this position could possibly become permanent, as we require increased attendance.

**About You**

Looking for someone who can well within a team. You only need basic computer skills for data entry work. Easy going personality.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derrimut, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
