**The Role**
The purpose of this position is to provide reception duties and general office support to the management and team at our Store Support and Distribution Centre located in Derrimut.
Key responsibilities include:
- To respond to incoming phone calls announcing them and filtering as required.
- Welcoming visitors to the Store Support Office including managing the sign in/sign out process.
- To undertake general office duties such as:
- Mail distribution and collection
- Filing
- Preparation and distribution of reports / documents
- To organise catering for meetings and events (including serving tea/coffee etc.).
- Ensure key meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- To manage stationery and office equipment for the Store Support Office (e.g. copiers, phone system, fax, franking etc.).
- To undertake stationery ordering for the company supply.
- Undertake other typing and general office assistance as required, this includes preparing and distributing reports.
- To provide ongoing support to the team and management with basic administrative functions.
- To maintain kitchen area, dishwashers, supplies etc.
- To distribute invitations, collate RSVP’s and finalise numbers for special events
**About You**
This is an entry-level role. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
You like to provide an exceptional level of service by ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and delivering on promises. Focused on supporting other people in the team, you have a strong attention to detail and are motivated to achieve results. You also manage priorities effectively, dealing with volumes in a timely and efficient manner to consistently meet deadlines. Your Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook will stand you in good stead.
