**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dental assisting or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental management software (d4w) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.46 - $36.38 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers' licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
