Our client based in Perth’s northern suburbs is currently seeking a temporary Procurement Officer.

**Your new company**
Our state government client requires a Procurement Officer for a temporary period of 6 months with extension possibilities.

**Your new role**
As a Procurement Officer your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and maintaining the Contract Management Module System
- Providing support to the Procurement Services Team in purchasing and contract data
- Analysis of expenditure reports
- Provide advice with contract management issues e.g., contraction extensions, variations
- Monitor and report on the Contract Purchase Orders

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Knowledge of WA Procurement Rules and various procurement related policies and procedures
- Experience using Contract Management Module Systems preferably in TechOne
- Ability to maintain contract register and provide advice on contract management issues
- Monitor and report on contract Purchase Orders
