Starting in **2026**, Contour is expanding beyond Melbourne into**, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia**and you can be at the forefront of this exciting journey.

As Area Manager, you’ll oversee campus operations, ensure operational excellence, coach and mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional student and staff experience. You’ll own the quality of campus life, lead facilities and operational standards, and directly contribute to Contour’s national growth strategy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead daily campus operations ensuring consistency, safety, and alignment with Contour’s brand and standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop campus leadership and service teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across campuses
- Own student experience metrics, including walk-in conversions, NPS, referrals, and mock exam CSAT
- Manage campus facilities, maintenance, compliance, and cost control
- Resolve escalated parent and student issues promptly and empathetically
- Partner with executive leadership to implement strategy and growth initiatives

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations or people management, ideally within service-oriented industries such as education, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking and sound project management skills, with a focus on operational excellence
- Flexibility and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
