**The Role**

As CareAbout expands, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be at the heart of its customer acquisition strategy. This role is perfect for a results-driven, data-savvy individual passionate about leveraging digital channels—specifically paid search and social media advertising—to drive high-quality leads and improve conversions.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Google Ads & Meta Ads Management: Lead the optimization of paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and offers to drive better conversion rates.
- Advanced Segmentation & Targeting: Develop personalized campaigns that engage and convert.
- Cross-Channel Synergy: Collaborate across PPC, SEO, and other marketing efforts to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead Nurturing: Optimize strategies to move customers from initial inquiry to provider sign-up.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track key metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform data to continuously improve performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee a substantial marketing budget of $380K monthly, with $300K allocated to paid search and social.

This role works alongside a Performance Marketing Specialist, SEO, Content Editor, and Digital Project Manager. An in-house data science team provides additional support.
- Highly experienced in Paid Search and Paid Social
- Proficient with marketing automation platforms like Ortto, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- The ability to interpret data and provide insights-led reporting
- Results-driven, with a focus on A/B testing and continuous performance improvements.
