We’re seeking a passionate Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding service and care to our community.

**The Role**
Do you have a flair for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a love for helping people? In this dynamic role, you’ll assist patients in selecting eyewear, handle key administrative tasks, and contribute to the welcoming and professional environment our patients know and trust.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Guide patients in choosing eyewear that complements their style, face shape, and visual needs.
- Manage appointments and provide exceptional support for patient inquiries.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.
- Perform precise frame fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs.
- Accurately measure and dispense lenses tailored to individual prescriptions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Showcase your creativity through Marketing, managing and creating content for our social media platforms.

- Retail and sales experience.
- ** Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with Practice Management Software.
- Experience with social media platforms and Marketing.
- Prior optical dispensing experience.
