**The Role**:

- Our client is a reputable organisation on the lookout for an Insights Manager to head up a team of 4 Analysts and 1 Developer.
- North Sydney - Permanent

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts and Developers in the design and build of models, dashboards and solutions which provide actionable insights and recommendations on both strategy and tactical business requirements.
- Hands on and Lead, performing end-to-end analysis from data collection to presentation of an unbiased quantitative analysis aspects of the RFx process, provides business and market intelligence and commodity tracking, tender submission commercial analysis as well as ad hoc scenario analysis across multi-dimensional data sets (POS, vendor sales, external indicators).
- Responsible for implementing best-practice processes and the standards for business intelligence, data insights and data analytics.
- Design and develop data models and use appropriate tools (SQL, Power BI, D365 and Excel) to test business hypothesis and assess impacts.

**About You**:

- 5+ years of Insights Analysis experience and 1+ year of leadership experience.
- Ability to connect analytics with overarching business questions
- Ability to develop new ways of thinking about a problem and to provide effective solution
